Harrison County, MS Sand Beach Planting Project - May 2020

Performed beach restoration project creating beach sand dunes by furnishing and installing 100,000 sea oats (Uniola Paniculata) along several areas in Gulfport and Long Beach, Harrison County, MS for the Harrison County Board of Supervisors and Sand Beach Authority.

Additionally, EAM teamed with the local Climb CDC Conservation Corps (GulfCorps) to team and engage with a local conservation workforce to teach beach restoration, career and life skills development opportunities.
