For more than 25 years, EAM has prepared hundreds of environmental surveys and permits across the Mississippi Gulf Coast and Gulf South. Our permitting services include wetland delineation, jurisdictional determinations, Section 404 permitting, and environmental monitoring. The ability to secure the necessary permits and approvals for projects have become increasingly challenging in today’s times.  More than ever before, project owners require hands-on experience and knowledge to develop strategic and creative solutions in keeping large and small projects on time, within budget and in compliance with regulatory agencies.

We guide clients through the permitting process by strategizing with the project design and engineering teams along with the permit agencies in order to manage costs, avoid delays and complete projects to our client’s satisfaction.  Additionally, the ability to monitor projects during construction, encourage client/contractor collaboration and provide detailed reporting is our key focus.
